- Workout videos, progress media, and app metadata you create in the app.
- Account and purchase data needed for Apple platform features (for example, StoreKit subscription state).
- We do not run third-party analytics, ad trackers, or crash-reporting uploads.
How we use data
- To provide core app functions: saving clips, organizing folders/albums, search, playback, and optional backup workflows.
- To maintain app reliability, security, and lawful operation.
Cloud backup notice
- Cloud backup is optional and user-initiated.
- When enabled, media is transferred to your selected cloud account (for example, iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox), not to Save My Workout servers.
- Your cloud provider’s terms, retention, and regional practices apply to cloud copies.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, portability, and deletion of personal data where applicable by law.
- Because most app data is local-first, many rights can be exercised directly in-app by deleting content or uninstalling the app.
Retention
- Local app data is retained until you delete it.
- Cloud backup copies remain subject to your cloud provider account settings and your actions in that provider.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this app’s architecture, including on-device storage boundaries and authenticated access paths for supported cloud provider connections.
Minors
- If you are under 18, you must use this app with parent or legal guardian permission.
- Parents or guardians may contact us to request review or deletion of a minor’s information where applicable by law.
Cross-border processing
If you use cloud backup, your provider may process data in regions outside your home jurisdiction.
Incident response
If we become aware of a confirmed security incident affecting personal data under our control, we will take reasonable response steps and provide notices as required by applicable law.
