Eligibility
If you are under 18, you represent that you have parent or legal guardian permission to use the app.
User responsibilities
- You are responsible for media and information you import, store, and share.
- You agree not to upload unlawful or rights-infringing content.
Cloud services
- Cloud backup uses third-party provider accounts chosen by you.
- Provider service availability and policy enforcement are outside Save My Workout’s control.
Disclaimer and liability
- The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
- To the extent permitted by law, Arise Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from app use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights that may apply in your local jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected by updating the effective date.
